SUP Lessons

With an SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard)  You can paddle on Lago di Garda, in the sea ocean, or other lakes. SUP, paddling let’s you improve your balance in a safe controled environment. The skills learned on an SUP can carryover to surfing, windsurfing or kiteboarding.  SUP paddling helps tighten your abdominal muscles and strenghtens your balance and postural muscles. Yoga and Pilates on a paddleboard further enhance the physiological advantages of paddleboarding.

Our course begins with base training in paddleboarding with possible specializations in Yoga, Pilates or windsurfing.

The Circolo Surf Torbole SUP lessons are held in the calm morning water between 9 and 11 AM.

Test day

A day when you can try and get confidence with the SUP and the paddle.
